says will not use 'over-the-air' upgrades on safety systems

They should be careful about over-the-air upgrade as cars in motion with other
cars around. Also make sure that hackers wouldn't be able to hack and use the
upgrade procedures for faulty software creating chaos.
* Btw, they have been hacking computer upgrades as well as computers like crazy
or free market. What make car software better?
