1. Banks are supposed to buy government bonds, thus Jews had bought bonds earlier. However banks are not forced to buy bonds at any costs. This made Jews upset with their investment.
2. Jews have books about banks. But banks are changing, thus Jews didn't know anything about coming banks' strategies.
-> Jews can't create unbalance
-> Jews can't no longer be able to make quick bucks.
* Jews must rewrite their books in finance.
