7. iPhone

Apple products, iPad and iPhone, are poorly designed. The only feature that drew consumers was touch screen by using fingers to navigate. Other features and usage are badly done.

1. Turn off iPad, the screen was dark then suddently shows running icon. This meant iPad could be running in the background [dark screen] without user notice.

2. Close the iPad, user kept hearing beeping by some games. The iPad allowed applications running, i.e. not temporary shut down when the iPad was close by a cover. Applications could send out our data without user knowledge.

3. iPad and iPhone had been figured by someone. Gave them as a gift. Next users would face all kinds of problems. They kept asking for old user ID and password.

4. Games previously downloaded by previous users could not be updated even by previous user ID/pwd. Probably the Apple App has been changed with another user ID/pwd.

5. Could not delete previous iCloud user ID - even with previous user ID and pwd.

6. So many screens or applications open at the same time. User must go back to home page or double clicks to remove those. Too many applications open would eat up iPad/iPhone RAM.

7. Do not have "Back" and "Close" button. User must go back to home page and navigate again. Look at all built-in functions by Apple.

8. App built on iPhone and iPad are poorly designed. Most of them don't have close or exit button unless you click on the ONLY button to go back to Home page and double click to remove it from memory.

9. Remove an app on iPhone did not remove it completely from the device. Reinstall those would require previous user ID and pwd to register, i.e. could not create or use your account. Applications were supposed to be removed completely from device, i.e. clean device completely. The device is our property, thus App developer must clean our device at uninstallation.

10. Probably Apple don't allow users to delete previously configured iCloud. Even attempt with same user ID and password. Probably I had changed the account for Apple App in the iPad with my accounts that screwed up iPad. Apple products?

11. One of iPhone features scared me was GPS capability. When you turned it of [soft button], it was really turned off or released you coordinates whenevr they needed? I also have a GPS navigation device, but I used it whenever I needed.

Why did users jump on iPhone at the first place? Just touch screen to navigate. Yes, I agree - iPhone & iPad are expensive and fragile toys, which require users handle with great care.

Someone said that Apple products were safer, because it developed both hardware and software. I had said that it was early to say so. Now Apple products were popular, hackers would show up and play with Apple devices.
